Dear Team,

My sister had order cake with flowers from Bhopal to Goa on 23.10.2021. Delivery time was 6-9pm. She ordered for the celebration for welcoming baby to house. But you guys done the fraud by not sending the items by taking full money.

I have tried calling customer care also but no one has picked my call. I will file the complaint against your company if you will not give my money back. I want my refund as my occasion for celebration is over now.
