BloomsVilla — The flowers I ordered are not delivered

I ordered flowers for mothers day they said that the flowers would be delivered on 14th may but as of now they have not delivered them but have send a fake mail saying that the flowers have delivered. I want a full refund of my order BV23162305

I ordered flowers worth rs. 798 (order no. Bv[protected] which were not delivered accordingly and no update was given, so i claimed for refund after that they gave me gift card, again the next day, i ordered flowers using that gift card and the same thing happened to me again the flower is not delivered yet and i am getting no response from them, bloomsvilla i want my complete refund as soon as possible, this behaviour is considered as unproffesional and unethical.
