Blue Dart — ABout My Debit Card | |||||
Hi, I am stayin bangalore. SOmhow I lost my debit card and I reapplied for the card. HDFC Bank processed it through BLUE DART. The guy came on 3rd of May but as I was outside and was not able to pic the call so the courier guy left the office. WHen I call back they said you were not available so we havnt given it to someone else. That OK But what happen next was stupidest thing. I called BLUE DART customer care and they said we will deliver it by tomorrow 12.30pm. I left my work and was waiting for the courier guy. He did not come . SO I called them again they said by 4pm you receive the Courier which I did not on 4th May 2016. I again called they said on 5th May 2016 on highest priority your courier will be delivered. But it hasn't been delivered. Every time they were giving the reason that I am not in office even when I was present everyday. I called today 6th may 2016. Now also they have promised the same thing but its 3pm and courier hasnt been delivered till now. I havnt seen such a pathetic kind of service from any courier company till now.
