Blue Dart Express — [protected]-my important documents not delever & wrongly status update

i morning i received a call From [protected] (Mr. Manoj Kumar) From Blue dart sikar-332001, thar your BOB Card want to delver. i am say ok you deliver me. He say today we will delver. i give complete address and he was already know. At 3pm i also call him, he say don't worry, i will deliver your bob card today. But now i check status online there status that Consignee's Address Incomplete/Incorrect.
it is very serious problem. they intentional not delver. i decide to go in consumer court. something also happen with my known four days ago
