Blue Dart Express — address unlocatable/landmark needed

Dear sir/mam,
Standar Chartered BANK has sent me a courier having consignment number - [protected]
it has been despatched by Despatch team
to Yelanaka, but from 2 days your guy is not able to deliver the courier. My first question if he is not able to find the address so why that guy is not contacting me in my phone number. Please call me on registered number with the consignment number - [protected]. If that is possible its fine if not simply deliver the package to my office.

I want it to be redirected it to my Office postal address...

Hi,
I am really surprised to see such service. Person from Blue dart called me 2 hrs back and told it will be delivered today. Now, i get a message stating its undelivered since you weren't available. how can a delivery boy do this?
