Blue Dart Express — Amex card not delivered for a week | |||||
The worst experience with bluedart As you can see below, the shipment of tracking no. [protected] is still pending because of the worst service from blue dart. I would have called at least 10 times to blue dart but still people are taken for granted without understanding the importance of the card to an employee who is out of station for office work. Facts • as per blue dart, the delivery boy could not reach on my number hence needs the department name and extension. • in fact the delivery boy has called me at all and just updated the status. As per blue dart instructions from shashi and shwetha on saturday morning & after speaking to isha from amex i sent an email authorization to miss. Isha gulati to hand it over to my colleague naga santosh with his pan card copy at my office address. • though the authorization email was sent twice to blue dart they did not deliver it and mr. Amith from blue dart, roy from amex and myself had a con call on tuesday morning assuring me that would be delivered by tuesday end of the day. But nothing happened till today. • the delivery boy has not called me to deliver the amex card till yesterday evening 5.45 pm but still the status has been updated for employee department name and extension number 5 times consecutively. • yesterday after speaking 2 times to bluedart and amex, got a call from the delivery boy [protected] at 5.50 pm asking if i am available at the address, when i asked him to hand it over to my colleague as per the authorization he said he is at my residence address and he has not got any authorization email, he will need to go back & check it in his office. • spoke to the delivery boy [protected] and his supervisor punit [protected] yesterday and today morning, it cannot be delivered to my office address as they don’t have the address though i gave them the address. • now punit needs an approval from amith to hand it over to my office fidelity informative services and blames amex has given wrong address as there is company name as well as residence address Query • if the delivery boy has really gone to deliver the shipment every day, why did he not call on the customer number? • why did he just update need employee department name and extension? When he said “i was at your residence not at office” yesterday? • if the bluedart had instructed correctly i would have sent my owner kyc details as an authorization to hand it over instead of my colleagues. I requested punit, amit and roy to make sure to delivery it asap as i have to use this card for official trip in kerala but it seems they are just not bothered about it. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I had a similar issue last week and happy to say Blue Dart customer care was super prompt in responding to the complaint. They called me, I explained the issue to them and it was sorted out with the card finally delivered today. Great effort!
