Blue Dart Express — applied for the return pickup from amazon but no one came to receive the product

About amazon product :the product was about 3113rs.
Product received was not satisfactory and it was defected product.
I want my money back.
Applied for return of product and refunding of money, but no one came to pickup the product.
Pickup date was 9/10/2017 but pickup is not done till today (11/10/2017).
