Blue Dart Express — bad response from the delivery boy | |||
Hi, this is mansimran singh from ludhiana, i had a delivery of my credit card delivery from my bank on my address, your person gave me a col regardring and i told him that i am a little far of which would take me 10 min to reach the spot, the guy was so rude in talking and saying aap k liye mai vella nhi hoon ki wait karu. I requested him again and after that nw i hv cold him 30 times he is not picking up the phone, i even asked for his name and he didn't even gave his name his mobile no is [protected]. I even called at the branch from where he came from cheema chownk branch ludhiana, there were 2 no's on google [protected] and [protected] both the no's even after repeated calling were not picked. This is such a harrasing thing which has not been expected from a company like bluedart. A strict action should b taken from you guys against that person or i am going to take a legal action against your executive who didn't even care when i told him i am in an emergency and i require that card as tommorow i will b not in town for 3 day'z.
