Blue Dart Express — bad service & lack of communication | |||
On 11 th dec 2019 we try send one courier through blue dart service. Pickup guy accept that courier & gave awb no -[protected]. When we try track the courier after 12 hrs we observe that courier still in mumbai hub. When contact to blue dart person he said that they already redirect that courier.. When we try ask the reason they ans they don't know the reason. One next i visit one blue dart branch & enquire abt same courier. They said they have service their 7 their no reason to deny that service... Due their miscommunication we almost face 48 hrs delay to dispatch that courier finally we decide shipped that courier through speed post Was this information helpful? | |||
