Blue Dart Express — Blue Dart Delivery of Shipment in Mumbai Waybill No. [protected] | |||||
Respected Sir/ Madam, This is with regard to Waybill No. [protected]. This shipment was supposed to be delivered on 04-Mar, but it could not be delivered since my residential premises were closed. After getting the above information, I called up Customer Care (6-Mar) citing the issue that since I'm an employed individual, I'm available at my residence only till 10.30 am in the morning or after 10 pm in the night with the request to get the shipment delivered as per the timings above. I also dropped a mail to Customer Care citing the same issue and also providing an alternative address (my office address) where the shipment can be delivered at a more convenient time since I'll be available at my office premises. In both the above cases I was promised that somebody will get in touch with me to discuss on convenient timings for delivery of shipment and get the shipment delivered ASAP. Since then I've been calling up Customer Care citing the same issue and requesting the Local Delivery Centre to get in touch with me so that we can discuss on a convenient time for delivery of my shipment, but in vain. Please note the status below: 04-Mar - 17.08 Attempted delivery, premises closed 06-Mar - 13.47 Attempted delivery, premises closed 09-Mar - 14.37 Attempted delivery, premises closed 10-Mar - 09.02 Returned to Origin at Shipper's Request I fail to understand whom should I talk to and where should I reach to get the shipment delivered which happens to be documents that I urgently need for official purposes. I've never come across such inefficiency and bad service from a courier company before, a reputed one like yours the least. Its better not to charge customers for delivery of shipments if your delivery centre is incapable of doing so, it will lead to use of resources at both ends more productively and better use of time.
