This is highly frustrating to see that bluedart first delayed the delivery and then after 2 day delay when the delivery guy took it out for delivery, without even coming to my place, mentioned my place to be – “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery”. First of all my area is not a quarantined zone, second your delivery guy did not even try to contact me on my phone, so he call tell me the issue. He took the parcel to deliver out at 12.36pm and 8pm without even attempting to deliver, he made those comments. Is this what bluedart has become - cheat. This was a very important parcel to me, your delivery guys are just playing around. Can anybody tell how he decided that my area is prohibited for delivery when flipkart and amazon is delivering to my house almost everyday. I need the parcel to be delivered immediately and if your guys are unable to come give me his contact number or place where i can go and pick-up as you guys are unable to do your job. +1 photos Was this information helpful? I didn't expect this kind of customer service from blue how can a area between restricted if other services are available and within 30 min after out for delivery how can the status be restricted area or prohibited for delivery if all other services are at door step at the same place and the delivery partner not even called if service is not available at door step just try to provide contact details at tracking atleast we will try to collect.

Same here. Left for delivery around 4:30 PM and around 9PM says prohibited entry. Amazon, flipkart and others have no problem delivering to my location. What is this cheating behavior from Bluedart?

Just to update this. The street dogs were after the delivery guys and would not let them come in our society. If they had called like today and asked me to come and collect it by statiting this reason the comment and a separate complaint would not have been registered on this forum.
