[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Blue dart express prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery

The message read out for delivery around 4:23 PM and Blue Dart's office is merely 15-20 mins from my location. Around 9 PM they say Prohibited Area / Entry restricted. My society has no watchman or gate. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Mojo, Dominoes, Pizza hut, Burger King and others have no problems delivering order to my door step. What is this behavior from Bluedart? Feb 15, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved I visited the blue dart office myself and I was informed that the reason prohibited entry was that the street dogs were after the blue dart delivery guy and would not let them enter the society and hence the reason. It was delivered today itself and I received a call this time and went to collect it. If if they just had called / informed me about this I would have gone to collect myself in the first place avoiding this complaint. I'm glad this is resolved! Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
