I had opened the IDFC first bank account and it's welcome kit was courier through Blue Dart. But it took delay in shipping with wrong date of delivery. After 2-3 days, now status showing that prohibited area-entry restricted for. The parcel is important for me as I don't know how many days I am here to the location, as I a traniee. I hope sudden action would be taken for it.

    This is high value package waybill#[protected] which surprisingly has been documented in its status as delivered. However this is not received.
    Despite repeated calls to the delivery person, no response has been received. Also, several calls to customer service e has not prompted any action

    Please look into ASAP or arrange for refund of item value.

          I am complaining about the arrogance and misbehavior of your delivery person Mr. Sachin Shandilya([protected]), Nagpur. Federal Bank of India Send me my debit card through your courier company at my old address. your above-mentioned delivery person went to that address & called me, I requested him to wait there for 10-15 minutes but refused to stay saying that he doesn't have the only this business, I also told him my new address but he refused to come...I asked him you company address..after this I also called him 30 to 40 times but he blocked my all numbers in Nagpur saying that I personally will go and collect my document by showing my Adhar card. My new address is Plot no 4 Renuka vihar colony, Shatabdi square, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440015.

                  I have given the right address along with pincode. Many items I have ordered and got delivered from other delivery agents here.
                  But ab item with bluedart status showing as consignee's address incorrect/incomplete event hough address is correct and in the main city.
                  Atleast we expect a call from delivery agents when any item reaches nearest hub which is not the case with bluedart here.
                  So please check this and get it delivered as item has reached nearest hub.

                    My order was supposed to get delivered today but under tracking status, it says that CNEE refused otp/ID not shared.

                    No delivery attempt was made, no OTP was generated and I am just waiting on my parcel

                    Absolutely pathetic service...

                      I ordered a jeans from off-duty India a prepaid order of RS.1699 was delivered to someone on 23rd Oct. I got a message on my number saying that Your order with Blue Dart AWB#xxxxxxxxxxxx was delivered to SELF. when I tracked my order it says it has been delivered to Binda Roy and My name and address are completely different in the tracking details. My name is Vaishnavi and delivery location is Hyderabad. But the shipment was delivered to Binda Roy and that too in delhi. i mean what responsibility do you guys have, I haven't got my prepaid shipment then who the hell took it also the track status says the recipient is Binda Roy .My name could not be seen anywhere this is utter fraud, seriously i am disgusted.Kindly look into this because i need my shipment for which I have already paid Kindly solve this matter and get me my shipment please i need that.

When I called your customer care they said the tracking number is which I received is wrong. I've contacted off-duty they said I've shared the OTP so they couldn't track the order. But I didn't receive any OTP. I just got a message telling the order is delivered to self. Like what the hell. I need my shipment which I payed for or I need refund. Kindly please solve this issue

                          Few hours ago I received a mail that my order will reach out by today. But now it shows : NO SUCH CO./CNEE AT GIVEN ADDRESS.
                          Actually it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it is being prolonged for two days.

                            Since last 2 days no one attempted calling me or reaching my address and the status given as address incomplete incorrect where i received hundreds of parcel. today on 3rd the day the stupid delivery agent called me after so many escalation and after reaching my address he said he forgot to bring my parcel. what careless service and attitude of the employee at mumbra bluedart office is? need serious action against the agent and supervisor

                                The delivery boy called and told he is coming to deliver the courier, but he is not picking up the call no:[protected], now Bluedart is telling they have delivered the courier. I haven't received the courier yet and the delivery partner is not picking up the call. This is very disappointing and a very bad behavior by the agent. Kindly deliver the product

                                  I had ordered sofa cum bed from loom and needles (Ashoka Foam Multiplast Pvt Ltd) on 13 Oct 2023 and delivery date is 19 Oct 2023 they sent the product to bluedart on 14 Oct 2023 but kept pending on the bluedart facilityChowki Chauraha Bareily for 3 days and when tracked it showed some silly reasons like network issue and PU On Next Business Day No Shipment and delivery date is kept on changing 20th and 23rd but on 23rd also package has not been delivered when called customer support they said it will be delivered by 25th oct due to festival holidays but not yet received and product is just kept on uppal warehouse status is still in transit

                                    I were to receive an order from joker and witch and when I tracked my order it showed refused by consignee but the truth is I never refused any package, infact I didn't even get a call from any delivery guy. I was the one trying to call and contact the customer care number. I NEED MY ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
