Bad 😕 It seems that Blue Dart Express has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
My packet has been undelivered without delivery of my address and shows that mentioned address is wrong . i am facing problem . detail are as under

10th dec should be my shipment delivery but the status shows as Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect i didn't receive any otp please deliver the parcel to my home....
My order waybill no is [protected]. My order was supposed to be delivered today as I got a text message at 4:53 PM. It was an iphone mini 12 with an exchange for an older model with a new one. The shipment did not arrive for 5 hours and then it was automatically cancelled with the message "Customer not ready with exchange".
Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically...

Your services is not satisfactory at all. SBI has sent me a urgent document via Blue Dart Express - EJR SERVICE CENTRE. C/O JETEX PARCEL SYSTEMS. 419, G-BLOCK, NEW ALIPORE. NEAR NEW ALIPORE COLLEGE. KOLKATA-700053. But 4 days over and till now no body came to my place. When I am tracking with waybill no, your site is asking that my address incorrect. which is totally wrong statement. That ERJ service is a fraud agency....
I recently ordered an outfit from House of Masaba (needless to say it's an expensive pre-paid product) and it was supposed to be delivered through blue dart on Nov 22 (as per their tracking timeline.)
I didn't receive any product but at 11:33 pm at night, I received an SMS stating that the product is delivered to me (the messages said collected the parcel and now the tracking portal is showing it as delivered.br...
I was supposed to get my package delivered it to me on 22Nov2021 and was shipped on 18Nov2021 .
On 23Nov2021 I was informed by customer care that my package has been lost and cannot be found.
The person who was transporting the vehicle stopped somewhere and some one took the package it seems.
How can they be so careless ?

My waybill number is [protected] and it reached Chennai on Nov 13, 2021. Today it is November 16 and yet to reach my address. It goes to a hub near my house and returns back to the main hub everytime.
When I see their tracking wrong pincode and they have returned it to the hub.

I purchased graphics card on 30th september. Eta is 9th october. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached guwahati, and is out for delivery on 11th october, which is my city where i live. I was about to get my delivery today. As bluedart informed me via sms. But at 9:45pm I got to know 'delay caused beyond control' via my waybill tracking. The courier was coming from mumbai.
