My AWB number [protected], this contains some very important documents, Expected delivery date was 16th November, but haven't received it yet. Since then customer service is not providing any details like cause of the delay, status of the package etc. They just lodge complaints at their end and thats it. Unfortunately Customer service just follows a standard template to handle concerns and is of no real help. Total useless department.
Would like to know where exactly is my package, and when can i expect it to be delivered. If there is any kind of damage/lost then BlueDart will have to face legal action. Was this information helpful? |
