My consignment was booked in goa on 09.10.18 but has not yet reached me (Bangalore) on 17.10.18; only one update available from bludeart on 13.10.18 that customer not answering phone. This is incorrect as there was no attempt to reach me or deliver the consignment. It is the 9th day and bluedart is unable to deliver that consingment is out for delivery as customer is available only after 5pm. This is again incorrect as i spoke to the local office on tel #[protected] and delivery was promised by 4pm today. It is 5.15 pm and still no sign of any call or delivery... The local customer call # for bluedart (Kalyanagar office) is now not reachable (Off the hook) conveniently as it is raining. Bluedart charges exhorbitant (5 times dtdc) and is unable to deliver consignments from goa to blr even on the 8th day. What a daylight robbery. Hire more staff at bluedart and then rate your charges.

Updated by SuzM Delivery was done today at 5.25pm; on questioning the delivery person as to why it took 8 days for delivery, he says "a lady from our office (Kalyan Nagar) left so all the mails in backlog ... I don't know".
Attached the POD sheet snapshot showing my signature at 5.25pm

Updated by SuzM Extremely poor response and service from BlueDart. Company takes absolutely no responsiblity neither does the agent. It is better to use the Govt. Postal service or other courier companies who are 4 times lesser (ie. Rs.40 - DTDC) versus BlueDart Rs.219.
Shame on BlueDart - Bad service - worst courier service
