Blue Dart Express — Bluedart lost my package and no refund

I'm writing this email on behalf of so many people who suffer due to Bluedart courier service. I made plenty of calls to Bluedart courier service as there was a delay but they managed to convince me. After several attempts, I haven't got any proper response from their side. Finally I received a message stating that they have lost my parcel. I have already paid the amount but I haven't received the parcel yet. Inspite of informing the sender several times regarding the missing of the package they haven't taken any step. It's the responsibility of the sender and courier service to ensure proper delivery.So I either need my parcel or I want refund amount. Please don't make your customers to suffer because we trusted you and paid the amount. Do take necessary action
