    This is complaint regarding blue dart delivery service as my parcel is not yet delivered and when I checked through their website they displayed " Shipment Redirected to same AWB" even though my pin code and address is totally correct. I can't even contact them and today is rakshabandhan, I didn't received my rakhi as my sister sent me through this.😓

      I have been taking follow-up form Blue Dart Customer care person from last Saturday,
      my Package is Stuck there from 22nd Aug,
      its updating daily with falls Comment that User is not ready. i haven't got any call nor message nor Mail,
      i am calling customer care from Saturday they are just saying we will deliver your package "ON PRIORITY" what is the Priority here? every day on call they saying it will deliver tomorrow, and still not getting deliver,
      anyone one who can help me please,

        On 29th Sep 2023, Blue Dart was supposed to deliver my HDFC debit card at my registered address. In all honesty, The delivery person didn't even bother to call me . I would have collected it personally with necessary identification documents. Now I see on the blue dart tracking page that my package is marked " C'Nee shifted from the given address " . I asked my parents who still live at my address if there was any visit from blue dart delivery person and they said "NO".

        This is just bottom-line customer harassment. Well one thing I learnt today is never to use blue dart ever again and possibly let others know about it as well so that they too can stay away from this unpleasant experience.

          I have been waiting for the delivery for almost 7 days and the status is 'Undelivered Shipment Held At Location' for the last 4 days and they daily updating the same. No proper communication. Have raised complaint but still no response.

              Status showing - "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" but I'm sitting at my premises only. Please have the delivery boy call me nd if not possible then shut your system ### as I was told by the CUSTOMER service provider that I would get a call by the delivery person.

                False accusation , not able to delivery

                On 27 August arround 11.51 am I got message by Blue dart that product is out of delivery even by checking the product through tracking, I saw status which was out of delivery but later around 18.00 pm there was another status which was consignee address incorrect, which is totally false assumption they didn't even called me how can they say that address is wrong or incorrect even if it is incorrect why blue dart took the parcel from seller...

                ATM card not delivered to my address

                I was supposed to get an ATM card from HDFC, Dobson, Howrah in the 1st week of August 2023 through Blue Dart. But it was not delivered to my address, and no one communicated from Blue Dart side through phone/mail/message. Then I got a message from HDFC to reschedule the delivery.
                On 11.08.23 I got the message that, the card was reverted to to HDFC, Dobson, Howrah. And again no one communicated from Blue Dart's side through phone/mail/message.br...

                I sent my parcel from kolkata to lucknow but still not delivered to the exact location. Fake update they mention consignee not available.. but are waiting from last two days the delivery person not even call or msg us to ask about location or availablity. Totally harrassing this company. Same location i sent 1 parcel fro delhivery courier they delivered my parcel without any delayed. We are not Happy about blue dart service.. i will jot recommend to any one awb. [protected]

                      I had a most bad experience with blue dart. they are one of the worst company. Recently i received a passport to the same address just in a week( all services done in a week including police verification) i received in a week infact its a normal service no takkal. But, these fellows given the useless reason "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" after complaint through customer care they shipment was again for out of delivery even i received the OTP also. after reaching to my home, the delivery man asked for KYC doument. This time he said name mismatch. the product come under my first name and first letter of my second name, in my KYC it is in first name and second name. so he didn't deliver.

                      Again this time the bank branch manger came to the picture and requested for the delivery. this time also received a message that your consignment is out for delivery. same story repeats not yet received the consignment. Again i checked the tracker. This time have raised new waybill to return it to the sender.

                      Now My Point is who gave this authority to this person, how rude behaviour not ready to listen to sender's and receiver's request. who will bear the charges. are these fellows are paying from their pocket. whose time wasting. whose peace of mind is spoiling.

                      Will the company take action against on them!!! will the customer get justice????????

                      The same is happened to many of them(By Bluedart customer review though the ICICI is sending through bluedart. is that ICICI and blue dart are relatives?? are they both shareholder's??? are these group making fun to the customer, generating revenue through customers money??????

                        My courier from the bank sent through Bluedart courier services vide AWB reference number - [protected] was never attempted to be delivered. I received no calls from anyone from the Bluedart agency to suggest any sort of any delivery. Upon checking the status of the parcel against the delivery tracker website, I was amused to find it being updated as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address ", which suggests I longer live in my current address. This is news to me even :). I called up the customer care services of blue dart twice on the 23rd and the 24th of August and was assured about the delivery on both the occassions, only never to receive it till date. I will be out of the country in the next week and I am clueless as to how would I be able to manage my bank activities in absence of the information which I was expecting to be delivered to me.
                        This kind o[censored]nprofessional and irresponsible behavior from Bluedart is completely unacceptable. So much so that they never even responded to my email which I dropped at [protected]@bluedart.com.

                              Respected Team, Area Pin Code 152115 is Near Malout City, Punjab. But This area was Provided to the wrong courier service Provider in Mandi Dabwali, Haryana. We are & all area Facing Many Problems every time due to no service provided by bluedart. The current courier service provider is always unable to deliver our parcel. we always make request to bluedart many complaints but there is no solution by blue dart. we are facing many problem from last 2-3 years. kindly move area pin code 152115 to a nearby service provider its located in malout city (152107). Our Area Pin Code 152115 is in Punjab and near malout city. but the current service provider in a different state. your attention is highly appreciated kindly take action against bluedart no one responsible from blue dart team I have complaint many times to blue dart.                                 Delivery status of my order has been updated as CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE. It went out for delivery at around 3:30pm and i was eagerly waiting for the shipment. I didn't got any calls or messages from bluedart team regarding delivery. It is very unprofessional from their end to update fake status. I hope someone would take necessary action.

                                  I have ordered 1 bag from Tata Cliq app. This was handed over to bluedart for delivery. Product is in my place since 16th August and yet waiting for the delivery. There is no sense of responsibility from bluedart to keep the customer informed. They are just taking it very causually. these kind of things should be penalised and the comapny should pay the consumers for every second of delay. In India companies can just delay whatever and whenever they want to and are never penalised and if there is a single day delay from consumer, consumers are penalised. This should stop
