My credit card delivery date is 31 jan 2018. But i still not recived . I also visit blue dart office but not satisfied service . Can u tell me when i recived my parsal my waybill no is[protected] in amritsar location

I don't even got a call from blue dart courier boy and I am getting status that consignee refused to accept. I want my order to be delivered today. Totally unexpected behavior of blue dart and now it's becoming the worst services of courier.
