[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address even though im in the same address

Hi,
My produch has not been delivered. The bluedart tracking portal shows "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" even though this is nit true. Infact i received a delivery from bluedart just a week ago in the same address. I haven't received any sms or calls from the delivery person. I dont know what to do. Please help.
