I would like to inform you about delivery boy/man/agent of bluedart express ltd. I don't know his name. He is working in the area of kolkata, west bengal, pin: 700024 for delivery of pan cards. He not visits to the house of the pan card holder. He keeps pan cards at his friend’s shop and call the pan card holders that they collect their pan card from there. I already get my PAN Card. Its not my own problem. All the assignee facing such problem by the Bluedart Express.
