Sir,
We are working with blue dart for last many years & sending national & international courier. We have been sending our documents to bangalore on regular basis, but in this month we have faced incidents of missing documents from the parcels, detail as under :-

1. Awb no. [protected] dt 11.04.17 (Copy attached) sent to mr satish gowdagere, m/s kerry logistics (India) pvt ltd c/o indev logistics pvt ltd : smart square “ 3 floor, #3/1, 100 ft road, inder nagar, bangalore -560038, india t. No. +91.80.30808080, fax [protected] mobile no. [protected] containing 2 set of documents of each 2 invoices, as per covering letter attached, most important of these documents is generalized system of preferences, certificate of origin no,
Ei 50677272 dt 07.04.17, 50663560 dt 10.04.17 & 50677273 dt 07.04.17 issued by export inspection agency & textile committee. (Copy attached), as per your records the parcel is at bangalore airport undelivered as the courier packet was empty.

2 awb no. [protected] dt 20.04.17 (Copy attached) sent to the same person as above containing 2 set of documents as per covering letter attached along with original generalized system of preferences, certificate of origin no, 50663562 dt 11.04.17 & 50677290 dt 11.04.17 issued by textile committee & export inspection agency resp. This courier packet was delivered, sealed with the white tape which does not pertain to us containing only a covering letter & a copy of invoice
We will like to inform that both the packet were collected by mr jitender your auth. Franchise in imt manesar, gurgaon contact no. [protected] & [protected] against cash payment.
Sir we will like to inform you that in absence of original gsp (Generalized system of preferences, certificate of origin) our buyer cannot take delivery of the shipment & it may be confiscated at the port of landing as per german laws.
You are requested to immediately get it investigated & trace our original documents. This is a serious issue & we may have to take legal action in this regard in case documents are not traced.
