Dear sir,
I have ordered an air cooler through paytym app. I received a message about delivering it today with track number [protected]. It had been notified as unidentifiable location and so the product is undelivered. But I received my tresemme shampoo order (AWB#:[protected] delivered by your courier to the same address. When enquired about the issue in your nearby office, there is no proper response. Kindly resolve the issue and do deliver aircooler product by tomorrow.

Dear Sir/madam,
I applied for a pan card. The Income Tax Dept sent the pan card through the Blue dart courier.
The status is showing it is delivered one month back only.
But I didn't received it.
Please do the needful, and find to whom that was delivered.
