I’m checking the online tracking it showing that consignee address is incorrect, and i received at the time of 10:33pm date[protected] below message... Your american express card dipsatched vide blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered for address related concerns. Please contact american express. *you have my mobile number also.. I’m not received any phone call at your end. I received all my cards and everything but why address has been not correct to your company how it possible deliverd without calling to customer or Not even droped any message how it would be consignee address is not correct...? My parents have been living and receiving couriers at this address for 10 yrs now... how can the address be incorrect or incomplete
and why arent they being contacted yet the phone number is clearly written there!! WHAT IS BLUEDART TRYING TO DO??!!

My waybill no is [protected] and they show that my address is not correct and they even didnt try to call me . Plz do as early as possible to try to call me . Its a very important for me . Plz solve this query and said them to call me .why they are not calling if they didnt find the adress and ur also not providing their no so that we can contact them. Its a worst service .Never send a courier with their service
