Blue Dart Express — "Consignee Refused To Accept" - But I have not refused. | |||
Very pathetic service of Blue Dart. I had 5 previous bad experience with Blue dart. But I told Nothing. Few days ago (12th Oct. 2016) I ordered an item from "Snapdeal" and Snapdeal sent the item within 6 working days. But Blue dart holding up my item since 3 days. I called Blue dart customer care for several times, but They were unable to solve my problem. But today, when I am going to track my Item with my AWB no. It showing that "Consignee Refused To Accept". It was a prepaid order, I also attached some screenshot for proof . And I have not received any call from Courier boy or anyone else from Blue dart. My order is very very valuable to me. Please Help. I want my item back now. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not refused to receive item. but bluedart delivery agent not come with item [protected]. very bad service.
