Blue Dart Express — Consignee Shifted from the Given Address, Parcel not Delivered

I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected] . My consignment was supposed to be received on August 16th 2022 but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. Blue dart has not even called/contacted me once if they had difficulty finding my address. Please deliver the consignment asap.

I can suggest you some landmarks near my address like Naraina College at Ratanpur, Kanpur Model School or Vikas Verma's Office... Or if it's not possible then the last resort would be to tell me the address of the office where my parcel is held so I can collect it on my own...Please do something ASAP...
