This is to bring to your notice that a very important bank courier that was to be delivered to me last week is still pending tracking no : [protected]. After repeated attempts to get in touch with the company through the toll free no. The courier still hasn t reached. After rescheduling the delivery time on the call, still no response. This is a highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the company or the people who pick customer calls, their is no coordination between the toll free no people and the delivery staff.

courier not delivered . representative didn't attempt to make a call. Simple returned back to axis bank saying customer unreachable. Is that what for you have been paid for ??? please do the job properly
