Blue Dart Express — courier not delivered for 7 days - bluedart

Dear sir,

I am suppose to receive a cheque from sbi bank on 23 of february, but till not i have not received. When i checked in the net it say the courier is in chennai for 4 days.

I called customer care they gave me irresponsible answer.
