Blue Dart Express — courier not received till 27th

Hi,
I am heading to consumer forum as the courier was not delivered at my home address within designated timeline.

As the courier was sent by government body now the government will take necessary actions in my behalf.

On 26th dec 2017 i got a call from bluedart that my courier wouldn't be delivered as they have no delivery boy to deliver the packet. So they will try it next day for sure but no call came on 27th dec 2017.

Thank you so much bluedart. This is the way you guys deliver your services to customers.

Awn no [protected] packet status restricted area not delivered but before past bluedart packet delivered successful with contact person

I had received an email saying, my packet is out for delivery. The tracking status still shows it is out for delivery. The expected time for delivery has already passed. The customer care number is useless.I don't have any update of my delivery yet.
