Blue Dart Express — Courier undelivered and no calls received to verify address | |||||
I had 2 couriers sent from Axis Bank Hyderabad to my residence address in Bangalore. I was expecting it to be delivered in a weeks time. After waiting for 2 weeks I called Axis and checked. They gave me tracking no and found that the courier has been returned due to unable to find address. However I did not received any calls from the courier guys to verify address. When I tracked the couriers (No - [protected] / [protected]), I found they have been returned to Axis Bank Hyderabad with reasons stating as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". This is utter irresponsible on behalf of Blue Dart agents as the documents expected were very important to be submitted to bank here in bangalore. When complained over phone the agents have the audacity to say that 'you can go and complain against us'. Such irresponsible and nonsense behaviour is unacceptable from Blue Dart and its agents. One of my friend also faced same issue and the agents dared him to complain. The agents name is babu and his mobile no is [protected]). Please do something to ensure this doesn't happen again as Blue Darts as a courier & logistics company is at stake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
