Blue Dart Express — credit card delivery from kotak mahindra bank

The blue dart executive turned out to my address yesterday for the delivery of my credit card . He called me when he reached at my society gate but few weeks back we have shifted to a adjacent society as some construction is going in our old house and the address on the parcel was for the old house. I advised the executive to come to my new address i will show you my ID proof or else i can come down to the old address and take my credit card showing you my valid ID for the same address. The person denied on this and he took back the courier and has sent back again to Gurgaon from where it was sent. I called the executive many times but he left the phone unanswered and later blocked my number .This attitude is just not acceptable . I have given him the options as receiving that credit card was really important for me . The number of the executive was [protected]. He was least bothered about my concern and was really rude over the phone. My waybill # [protected]
