My order waybill no is [[protected]]. My order was supposed to be delivered (September 13-2022) today as I seen in tracking status arround 11.00 pm (September 12 - 2022). It was an xiaomi 11 i 5g with an exchange for an older model with a new one. At the time of 5.00 am (September 13-2022) there's a status as."Customer not ready with exchange".
Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically cancelled the delivery attempt and wrote made up reasons with your own thinking. What kind of behavior and work ethic you people are doing? When it's crossed 7:30pm then they updated this status to
[KHADKI DELIVERY CENTER] - CUSTOMER NOT READY WITH EXCHANGE
