Blue Dart Express — debit card delivery related | |||||
18th june i had block my all bank debit and credit cards, as i lost my bag. Hdfc i was holding account from last 8 yrs and my till date address is same. So hdfc dispatch my debit and credit card, from which as per blue dart both got delivered, but i never received my debit card, i only received credit card, so i call hdfc and blocked my debit card, hdfc had dispatched again and now as per blue dart consignee address is incorrect.. My new awb no is : [protected] . After repeated attempts to get in touch with the company through the toll free no. The courier still hasn t reached. After rescheduling the delivery time on the call, still no response. This is a highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the company or the people who pick customer calls, their is no coordination between the toll free no people and the delivery staff.
