Blue Dart Express — delay in delivery of shipment. | |
I have ordered an item. Which was going to be delivered by blue dart courier services. The item had arrived on 12th january 2018 at local destination hub. And when i tracked it on blue dart website it showed product is out for delivery since 10:47 am on 13th january 2018. And the status changed suddenly at 16:10 hours as "holiday, delivery attempt will be done on next business day" I was waiting for the courier for whole day. And if there was a holiday they should not show the status as out for delivery. And if there is half day working they could have intimated me to collect the parcel from their office if they were unable to deliver it.
