Blue Dart Express — delaying the delivery of a very urgent parcel | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to lure your attention on an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. My father sent me a courier on Friday 3rd August this month and company members told my father that I will get that package with in 11th of this month. But I haven’t received anything yet. When I've sent messenger at Jorhat Bluedart office for that package they have failed to come up with a satisfactory answer. I am attaching the receipt of my said courier. Way bill no.- [protected]. Kindly treat this mail as 'THE MOST URGENT' for the purpose. Reference to my complaint ID no.2049996, I would like to express my grievance against Blue Dart courier service as they have just communicated through a mail assuring that they will resolve the issue very soon but I am very disappoint of the fact that I have not received my parcel yet. it has been almost 22days the parcel has been sent. The parcel was very much urgent but seems they are reluctant to deliver the same. In this present condition is it necessary to move with a legal action? waiting for your reply since it's crossing my patience level. I demand a quick action against it.
I shall be grateful if you take necessary step to resolve the issue. My waybill no. is: [protected].
