Blue Dart Express — delivery attempted-premises closed tracking number - [protected] | |||||
I’m prathap mathan. I have ordered an item through online and that was shipped through blue dart. This was shipped from gurgaon on 30/11/18 (Friday) via tracking number - [protected]. I was tracking this shipment online and shows that the shipment was received on 01/12/18 (Saturday) to chennai at 09:20 am and the shipment was out of delivery at 13:14 pm. I was expecting that the shipment will be delivered to me that evening and was waiting in my office till 19:00. To my surprise, i see that the tracking was updated as “delivery attempted – premises closed” at 16:00. I haven’t received any call from the delivery person to confirm whether i’m in the delivery address or not. The address given was my office address and the office is opened 24*7. So how can the delivery person say those premises are closed. This is the second bad experience that i’m facing with blue dart. I hope that blue dart is an international brand, but with these type o[censored]nethical employees, i’m sure that blue dart will lose the faith from both the customers (Sender & receiver). My axis bank card has been sent to your Courier but service boy asked me to come and collect the card as I went there many times your office is being closed in working hours no contact number is been provided as this is not first time repeatedly there will be no response or proper delivery of any product that is sent to your Courier

Instead of giving door delivery I was asked to come to office to collect. When I went there I was not responded properly
