Blue Dart Express — delivery issue by blue dart wandoor branch

My order didn't delivered yet and they reported it has an adress problem, there is no problem in address. Yesterday they call to me to come there and collect that from your office. I told them that i suffered from fever and rest at my home. They didn't come. Then why you called it as home delivery...?? Why you charged for that?? Home delivery means deliver the product to home address not to your office. Make immediate action among this. Or i will complaint to consumer court.
