Blue Dart Express — delivery person is unable to speak english/hindi which lead to my parcel not being delivered on time. | |||||
Blue dart courier # [protected] The delivery person who called me today was not communicating properly. He was speaking only kannada language which i do not know. I could not even understand where i need to go to get my courier. Half an hour was wasted where i tried to understand where he is actually calling from. He informed he had left and someone else will be delivering the courier tomorrow. Please make sure it is delivered on the exact address at door step as promised and not from some other random location. The location is equinox building infosys limited, phase 1 (Opposite gate 3). My waybill no-[protected] has not been deliverd yet.a message had come that it will be delivered on 13 th.but it hs been 5 days since the delivery was made due ti some adress related issues.
