Blue Dart Express — didn't deliver consignment in the given address

I am susanth prasad from Port Blair, it is the complaint against the service of bluedart junglighat Port Blair, I had ordered few items from Amazon and online shopping few items was delivered by bluedart but not in the given address I picked it from their office i.e. 10km away from my home, they always call and tell to pick it from their office or they will wait for three days and send it back, is this the way? No other courier service did this they all deliver the consignment in my home, If they can't deliver it in given address then why they're taking the consignment. Bluedart is the worst courier service I had ever seen.
