Blue Dart Express — didn't deliver my product | |||||
My shipment no. Is [protected]. I was supposed to receive some important document from kotak bank on 06/28/2018 but there was a delay in delivery. But that's okay. What really triggered me was that when that delivery guy called me to receive the document i found out that he was at the main office address (Which was obviously the fault of kotak). But then i sincerely requested the person to come to the other office which was 2min. Away from the main office. But he declined and said he won't deliver that product since i am not at the reported address. Now i am sure that they are told to provide the product where it is mentioned but still 2 min away distance was not going to take their life. Try to improve your service and read the feedbacks. Keep your track on your delivery agents by introducing rating feedback. I was really waiting for those documents. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Non delivered the shipment but falsely state in the website the consignee is out of station. Further both the representative of blue dart and the erode branch office did not respond the call

Hi. I called him today. As expected he forgot about my package and I had to provide him all the information all over again. Still, no chance. He declined and this time with more loud voice. Do something from your end and seriously someone call that guy and teach him some manners.
