I had ordered a samsung case from ebay. Today i got a message that i will recive my parcel from blue dart courier service. But nobody came.in the evening i got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered, but nobody came to deliver. I asked the coustomer care executive about the same but he didn't paid attention towards it and said we will see tomorow. My airway bill no. Is [protected]. Kindly see to it.

I have ordered the product and i have received it on The product is very bad and colours also different.. I want to return the product. there is no response. U have mailed them also. The return policy is of 7 days. Plz do the favour and solve my problem

I ordered slippers in paytm, and
fruad bluedart didn't deliver that order and telling it is given to person called hari, there is no one with name hari here.They didn't call me and didn't message me and telling delivered.Frauds bluedart people.
I called customer care and one guy with name smith, he don't know how to treat customers and shouting at me.Telling lies not taking my complaint and using bad words.

I ordered a product from Instagram and they sent my product through blue dart...so I started tracking the product status on 27th January 2022 the status says that the product got delivered but I didn't get an otp or even a call from the delivery boy...today is Feb 1st and still my problem has no solution my money got wasted
