Blue Dart Express — Excessive delay in delivery | |||||
I ordered a product (Moto G turbo white) from amazon on 3rd of October and an attempt to deliver the product was made...but due to some unavoidable circumstance I was not there at home, the delivery boy, returned... the delivery was attempted on 18th October, which was already quite late...since then, i called amazon 4 times and blue dart 2 times for my delivery of the product. The customer care executive of both the companies assured me that the delivery will be made "tomorrow or the day after that" tomorrow never came...i was assured by blue dart that ill get the product today (24th), no response was there. I had a delivery at 30th September 2016 but to some unavoidable reason I was unable to receive my package. But i told the customer care to deliver it on 17th October, as of I was out of station. But today I haven't got any call. And your toll free number are not working. Whom should I contact????
