Blue Dart Express — Extremely Pathetic service in Bangalore ITPL Branch | |||||
My important shipment reached within 12 hours (by flight) from Chennei to Bangalore ITPL Bluedart main branch on 10 April 2017 but unfortunately due to very low quality of service, instead I repeatedly called customer care 8 times and generated online complaint, the blue dart team re-scheduled my shipment delivery 3 times to my location BEML layout (which is at max 5 or 6 KM from blue dart office) and till today 14 April 2017 it is not delivered. The customer care team simply tell that we are unable to deliver today by 3 pm so we will try to re-attempt tomorrow (how you guys tell me to re-attempt although you have not attempted at least once). Simply it means you are careless and do not value customer's time and urgency. This way you will loose customer trust one day and no body will choose Bluedart for a emergency shipment ... as I have lost an important assignment because of a slight negligence of yours. I have booked a phone on date 06/04/2017 with order no. #[protected] from mi.com but is not delivered till now. i want to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
