[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — failure of delivery and online money transfer | |||||
I recently purchased a new lenovo laptop. i was informed a offer by lenovo. It was regarded a printer against payment of 1500 rs. I sent money to lenovo online and it was successfully accepted and i was informed that it will be sent by blue dart express at my home . but without any call or email, blue dart express failed my delivery and the result is I lost my money Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved i called the customer care and it informed me to take the parcel from the hub itself. i received my parcel from the hub. but still unsatisfied because of failure in door to door service. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
