Blue Dart Express — fake update: no such consignee at the given address

What the hell do they mean by updating the status to ‘no such consignee available at the given address’?
For one thing, that i am not available at the given address is ridiculous and laughable.
For another, even if i should be unavailable at the given address, is it not their duty to ring me and confirm that i am not there?
I am thoroughly disappointed in bluedart for clearly faking the update.
I demand that i be reached to and helped immediately.
