I was informed that my citibank credit card from chennai to my address in bengaluru would be delivered on 29th aug 2017. On tracking i noticed that reason for non delivery was that i have shifted my house. I have not received any phone calls and nor i have shifted my house. This is completely baseless and false information. For this Waybill No., i had called on customer care(6 times) to inform that the same incident should not repeat with me. But the results are same( consignee not available). I m very disappointed with your service.
