Blue Dart Express — formal entry during the delivery of material not done at consignee's end | |||
During the material delivery, the document and the mateirial should be shown at courier desk at gate, before entering the plant. The same is being informed to bluedart delivery person. On an average we get a delivery of 3-4 consignments and each and everytime the process is missed by delivery person. Due to this, we are unable to track consignment and its paper properly at required time as most of the parts are high value project material. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 21, 2017 Jayanth Shivaanu's response I am writing this complaint regarding [protected].. Delivery person behaves like uneducated . i told him to wait for 5 mints but he didn't and went and after that i called more than 30 times no response.. worst service experience

Courrier company provide wrong address for my credit card. Clearly mention sent card on my office address but they delivered on my PG address n now m not available here then they give me slip that put status user not available..
