Blue Dart Express — fraudulent activity by bluedart bachupally office, hyderabad

Hello,

This is regarding a fraudulent activity done by bluedart bachupally office. The expected delivery date for my courier with waybill# [protected] was on 29th june. First thing is that, this was not delivered on that date. And on 30th morning the status was 'out for delivery'. I was waiting for the courier on that day at my home. Afternoon when i checked the status it was updated as "premises closed". How they did updated a status like this when i was at my home. No agent called or came to home for the delivery.

Even i called bluedart customer service twice on 30th and i didn't get a satisfactory response from them. This activity by bluedart bachupally office is strictly unacceptable and it's clearly a fraud.

Expecting that the bluedart management will take necessary action against the frauds. Otherwise, we the customers will surely go ahead with what we can do in this against bluedart.
