Hi team,
On 24th nov i got call from blue dart delivery boy regarding my debit card delivery. Unfortunately i was not in town so i request him to deliver it to me on other day or on coming saturday. As they want to deliver the parcel on home or permanent address only. They no call from bluedart for reschedule the delivery.
Again on 6th dec i called on blue dart customer care number that time the person who responded to my call, confirm me he will rescheduled the delivery on coming saturday itself (8th dec). Whole day i waited for delivery boy. But didn't get any call, message regarding parcel delivery rescheduled.
On monday, again i contacted blue dart customer care and that time one lady responded to my call and she told me parcel is out for delivery. I already convey on working day i will not be available on my home address, transfer it to my office location. She denied to do the same. Then i asked her about saturday delivery status. She told me your door is closed. I will not accept this reason. Even i didn't get any call from delivery boy on saturday. As my mobile having miscall alert facility. It's very frustrating experience with blue dart. Now i am confused to whom i need to check. Was this information helpful? |
