Blue Dart Express — I have lost my demand draft due to ur negligence

I was about to receive my demand draft from citi bank which was a refund from e commerce website ebay. For some reason the address was misplaced. It might be my fault. But after i received call from blue dart and asked if they could correct it and deliver to my exact location, the courier person gave me hope to call later and tell me d procedure.
