This is the second time am suffering from Banjara Hills Branch the person wont come or call but they keep need ext. need dept.
If you are not capable then shut your services, dont know how to maintain customer trust banjara hills branch is the worst. I need my courier by first half...

Is this kind of a joke, the courier boy atleast has to call me to my mobile or come to the office right, without that how he is updating status as "Need Department Name/Extention Number". sorry to say this but your service totally sucks. I need my courier today. Tell the courier boy to CALL TO my mobile number.

This is the 3rd time in the day am writing to you ask that delivery ### to call my mobile number or visit the address for once. Always they are keeping "Need Department Name/Extention Number" without visiting the address or calling me.

Tried to call your CUSTOMER CARE they cut the call while am talking.
